How We Did It

Role playing and journey mapping helped guide RM+D’s audit, where we determined what pieces should be refreshed, retired or entirely recreated. While establishing updated messaging and design, we addressed target audiences with appropriate language, in both English and Spanish. The launch of each redesigned program has increased enthusiasm and consumer awareness.
