Somewhere along the way, the Grand Rapids Children’s Museum (GRCM) lost its brand identity. RM+D was asked to create an integrated marketing campaign, focusing on the important role the museum serves in bringing play to the children in our community.

How We Did It
RM+D overhauled all brand elements, starting with messaging that focused on the value of play and GRCM’s institutional role in the West Michigan community. A playful and energetic brand personality added consistency across all touchpoints. New brand standards infused a riot of color into the palette, anchored by RM+D original graphics. The new vibe is consistently sophisticated-meets-fun. Contributed revenue and sponsorship funding have increased, and donors, board members and partners have expressed enthusiastic support for the refreshed point of view.
